GIFT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

1. Gift: any asset, including any monetary amount, gifted by a Donor to the Colby Rebel Spirit Center, by means of electronic authorization through the website of the Colby Rebel Spirit Center or otherwise.
2. Donor: a natural or legal person who gifts, has gifted or will gift a donation to the Colby Rebel Spirit Center.
3. Goal: The Colby Rebel Spirit Center is committed to developing education and awareness to spiritual endeavors and providing a platform of support for those who are in pursuit or on their path of spiritual awakening.
4. The Colby Rebel Spirit Center will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.

APPLICABILITY

1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every Gift.
2. By making a Gift, the Donor agrees with these General Terms and Conditions.

DONATIONS

1. By making a Gift, a Donor agrees that the Colby Rebel Spirit Center and any and all (future) subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Colby Rebel Spirit Center are entitled to use a gift at their own discretion, within the scope of the mission statement of the Colby Rebel Spirit Center.
2. The Colby Rebel Spirit Center will provide any Donor with a gift receipt upon request by the Donor.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Donor understands and agrees that this gift is of free will and not tax-deductible.
2. U.S. and California law applies to a Donation and these general terms and conditions.
